Can I attach the report to my payment application?+

Yes. Each report is a dated PDF with photo evidence, the scope completed, and crew time on site, the backup documentation pay-app reviewers actually want. Many subs attach one report per phase or per floor.

What if trades re-enter the site after my final clean?+

Your report documents the condition on the day you left. If a trade tracks dust through a finished unit afterward, the evidence shows the re-clean is a change order, not a warranty call.

Can I do separate reports for rough clean, final clean, and touch-up?+
